About engine overhaul of CBX1000
The popularity was split between the 70s and 80s, and currently the Z series has a larger market share, but I'll write about the differences. The main difference between the CB-F and Z series engines is the number of valves. The Z series has two valves, while the CB-F series has four. Putting aside the things that are not immediately accessible or visible, such as a strong engine or powerful output, it all comes down to this one point.

Buying a CBX1000 FCR – How to tune for the first time
Many people want to install a racing carburetor on the CBX1000. In Japan,the options are the BITO FCR or CRS carburetor. It seems that TMR can also be made to order,but it is not common. If I were to buy one,I would choose the FCR.
FCR – The fuel line should be angled so that fuel can flow easily.
CBX1000 is a forced open/close type gasoline cock. About the fuel line Although it is a short path during the process of sending fuel from the gasoline tank to the carburetor,air may become trapped. It's not just the angle of the fuel line,but also the nature of the filter that makes it difficult for fuel to flow.

FCR carburetor tuning – test run on the expressway and Kizuna Stadium in Iwakuni
I have been told that a Saturday Night meeting will be held at Kizuna Stadium in Iwakuni from 19:00 on October 22,2022. Along the way,I also tried driving the FCR while checking various air-fuel ratio gauges and paying close attention to the effectiveness of the accelerator pump.
FCR – Test run on the expressway – Check the condition of the main jet
The speed is within the legal speed limit. Fully open the throttle while looking at the gears like 3rd,4th,and 5th. CBX1000 is a motorcycle with up to 5 speeds. 3rd and 4th gears provide peaky acceleration. When you shift to 5th gear,it won't accelerate comfortably until you get up to a certain speed,but it feels like it will gradually increase the top speed and accelerate.

Write down what will hit you first. I found a case the other day,where the fuel injection from the FCR's accelerator pump hit the throttle valve. The fuel is not being sucked into the engine,but is instead hitting a door called the throttle valve.

I have written a case where I lent the CBX1000 parts list to an acquaintance. At that time,I also lent them the service manual,power distribution diagram,and FCR tuning manual. I wouldn't say it's essential when doing DIY,but it doesn't hurt to have it on hand and read it carefully for knowledge.
Naked style – CBX1000 looks cooler without a cowl
I posted a naked style photo from a few years ago that came out. I once again felt that the design of the CBX1000 really suits the naked-style round headlights. When it comes to riding,a motorcycle with a cowl is definitely easier to ride.

This is my CBX1000 photo gallery.
The cowl is attached to the CBX400F Integra upper cowl using the [CBX] SC06 stay.
It can be changed to a naked specification instead of a cowl installation that cannot be reversed.
The matte black exterior has been changed to glossy black, including the meter, turn signal side cover, and rear fender. Added lines to the front fender.
