FCR tuning-Change Accelerator Pump diaphragm and test run...

I did a test run for about an hour during lunch time. My goal is to change the Accelerator Pump's diaphragm from the standard size to the small size,and see if the bumpiness that occurs when the throttle opens suddenly around 1/2 will be resolved. As a result,I feel like there has been some change,but it's unclear. Try widening the link lever plate and slowing it down as much as possible to see how the Accelerator Pump starts to work.

FCR tuning - Lean slow jet - Changed from 48 to 40 - 2022-07-03...

This article is just about replacing FCR's SJ slow jet. Due to rain in the forecast,I decided not to do a test run and just replaced the SJ. SJ-48→SJ-40Actually,42 is probably better since it is the default value,but I want to verify the difference myself,so I replaced it with SJ,which is the lowest value than 42.

While cruising,when I suddenly open the throttle from 1/8 to 1/4 or 1/2,I have a problem where it hits me,or the air-fuel ratio drops to 10.1. I couldn't adjust the PS pilot screw while the engine was running,so I tried various things.

FCR tuning - MJ main jet change - 2022-06-23...

Recently,the situation has become such that instead of tuning up FCR when I have time,I make time to set up FCR. I have to either calm down a little or get over it to the point where it doesn't bother me. Although it is called a main jet change,MJ and JN were changed.

I couldn't help but worry about it,so I decided to leave work early in the morning and finish by noon to set up. I have no complaints about the turning,but what would happen if I changed them? I want to know. This time,MJ was changed and JN was changed accordingly.

FCR-Drain bolt O-ring replacement...

Drain bolt O-ring replacement for FCR33 pie. It was leaking gasoline,so I replaced it immediately. The symptoms did not improve even after replacing the chamber gasket,so I fixed it by replacing the O-ring on the drain bolt.

FCR-MJ main jet purchase 36 pieces...

Currently,MJ's stock was limited to 102-128,so I purchased additional items. 6th place: 130,132,135,138,140,142. I purchased it as a POSH set. I bought a set of 6. I bought 6 pieces in a 6 piece set. A total of 36 pieces will be purchased,just the number of main jets.

FCR - SJ count tuning - tuning parts list available...

It's in the FCR manual. I bought and tried all of SJ's #35-#55. Roughly speaking,my vague conclusion is that the appropriate values for the return of the PS and AS screws will change. AS,SJ,and PS have different responsibilities.

FCR-tuning luggage minimum...

This is the item I brought out for the FCR tuning of CBX1000. Do not carry excessive tools for unexpected situations,such as diaphragms and bolts for the main jet and accelerator pump,and clips for the jet needle. It fits in a small tool box. It's for storage,so it's not very strong,but I bought it at a 100 yen shop.

How is FCR's past history managed? There are various ways to manage your information,such as using a dedicated app,a notebook,or managing it only in your memory. I have been keeping track of my history since the very beginning when I started using FCR. Even if you say that the history is kept,there are some parts that are not kept.
