CBX1000 FCR tuning. Even though I say I will tune it,I am very satisfied with the current situation,so I am changing it for the sake of knowledge. The number of clip stages has been changed from [2] to [3]. Very good. The number of clip stages will be set to [3] for the time being. If you change the number of clip stages from season to season or over time,you will often find that the ride quality of your motorcycle changes significantly and becomes better.

FCR Tuning - Change slow jet from 40 to 42 - 2022-10-08...

The other day,I changed the slow jet from 42 to 40. However,it seemed like we were reaching the limit of returning the PS,so we changed it from 40 to 42 again. For me,the boom now is to keep the air-fuel ratio at 12.5 to 13.0 when idling with the throttle fully closed. It feels like the ride becomes milder,which is good.

There are various resets to ensure a comfortable ride. Generally,after changing the SJ,there are many work items as it involves attaching and detaching the cab. ① Adjust the tension of the throttle wire. ②Adjust the PS so that the engine can start. ③Temporarily adjust AS. ④Adjust the idling. ⑤Synchronize. ⑥Take a test run and adjust AS. Adjust the above by going forward and backward through steps 1-6.

Since today is Saturday,I wanted to ride on the CBX1000,but unfortunately it was about to rain. To shake or not to rain? Anything else? It was a subtle sky pattern. I ended up doing a test drive around my house while checking the weather forecast on my smartphone. So,I will be doing a test run mainly to see how the MJ looks after changing the tuning from last time.

FCR tuning - SJ and MJ change - 2022-08-15...

With SJ45,I felt like the screw was opening too much,so I changed it to 42. I chose 42 because I wanted to make fine-tuned tuning,but 40 might be the perfect range for all year round. I feel a little regretful that it might not be necessary to make it look strangely deviate from Bito's initial tuning.

This time I will write in a column. The other day,I had a little conversation about the FCR tuning with the divine engineer who gave me two engines for my CBX1000 free of charge. I was told,``JN checks the number of clip stages before checking the taper angle.'' According to the master,it's natural that the clip position will change if you change the taper,so if you don't take that into account when purchasing a jet needle,it will be a waste of money.

FCR - JN clip stage number change - 2nd time today - 2022-07-27...

The goal of the tuning was to improve the adjustment range for the pilot screw and air screw, as it seemed to be nearing its limits. I responded by increasing the size of the slow jet (SJ). It seemed to be working fine as it was, but I prefer tuning it richer. After changing the SJ, I re-synchronized and checked the throttle cable tension. Since there haven’t been significant changes since the last adjustment, I was able to complete it quickly.
