FCR Tuning - Apply filter oil to the Foam Air Filter Sock at the end...

This is not a story limited to FCR. While setting up FCR,I often test drive with Velocity Stack specifications. The reason is that it is a hassle to attach and detach the Foam Air Filter Sock when turning the air screw.
