Comparison of idle port and slow port of FCR carburetor...

I hadn't been aware of it until now,but this is a story that makes me feel like I understand the difference in air-fuel ratio between the idle port and the slow port. There was an incident where I was able to see the difference between fully closing the throttle and opening it slightly to about 1/16,so I will write about it. FCR tuning - Use BITO's default jet needle. I did a test drive with a higher cut-off....

I purchased a slightly special needle,90FXM,from BITO. What's special about it is that it's a count that doesn't see many upswings. In fact,it is not in the standard stock lineup. This is the needle attached to the current initial turning of BITO's CBX1000 FCR.

Comparison of FCR-jet needle cut-up. Let's take a look at the thickness of the small standard 90FXM and 90FTM....

I received the JN Jet Needle 90FXM from BITO. I have JN on hand with different tapers and different cut ups. I feel more and more like I'm buying it for experimenting rather than tuning it up.

tuning of FCR - If the small jet needle is F taper,you cannot choose the cut-up. Round up comparison...

I can't help but feel like the large is basically telling you not to use anything other than the E taper. Small has more overall numbers than large,but [E] taper still has more options. With F-taper,you cannot choose the cut-up unless you order it in units of 20 pieces.

CBX1000 FCR tuning jet needle replacement. Impressions from a test run after changing the taper angle...

When I started tuning up the FCR,there were two items that I thought I would avoid touching because I would get stuck in a swamp. Tapered angle and cut up. I thought it would be nice if I could just touch it lightly and see if it was in good or bad condition,but the more I touched it,the more I became concerned and couldn't help it,so I decided to try changing the taper angle. .

[FCR] Jet needles should be purchased from BITO....

I usually set the FCR with [F] taper. There is a symptom where it gets richer when the throttle opening is suddenly opened to 1/2. As a countermeasure,I tried various things such as changing the MJ main jet to a smaller size,but the feeling was not good,so I will try changing the taper angle to [E] and tuning it.

BITO seems to be the shipping company for FCR in Japan,so I think the information I heard here is pretty solid.

I remove the fuel tank and clean the motorcycle....

I removed and reinstalled the carburetor during the tuning process. Along with that, I also cleaned the motorcycle. There are mainly four things I do:①. Clean the chrome parts②. Polish the wheels③. Clean the exterior④. Apply silicone spray to the engine
