The accelerator opening is 90 degrees, which is not called low throttle, but depending on the vehicle, I think the opening may be larger than normal. It's made entirely of aluminum and is well made, so it looks like it'll last for another 30 years. In fact, after using it for about 20 years, I decided to auction it off for 10,000 yen. It's nice to have a well-made item because it will increase its asset value when you exchange it.

This is my impression comparing BITO and Active throttle.
BITO's throttle is great.
Active products are also great, but BITO is even better.

CBX1000 accelerator opening

The throttle opening of the active throttle is about 56 degrees. BITO is fully opened at 90 degrees.
With BITO, it is difficult to fully open the throttle with one operation.

The photo is before adjustment, so the play will be rough, but it is about 56 degrees at full throttle.
Now you can open the accelerator as much as you want.
If you don't set it at this angle, you won't be able to open it fully unless you grip the throttle again.

My FCR has 2 sets of 3 carburetors.
This is an old type FCR that supports 6 cylinders.
Currently, only the top screw and one accelerator wire pull type is sold as a kit.
If I were to highlight the good points of the 3 x 2, it would be that there are 2 accelerator pumps and that 3 of them can be attached and detached at a time. The bad thing is that there are two top screws, so the idling is unstable. Adjustment is difficult because the accelerator wire has two branches. If these two points are not a problem, there will be more benefits, but it's fine the moment you make the adjustment, but it becomes a problem when it starts to shift over time. It's hard to notice.

It seems that the single pull part can be replaced with a monkey throttle wire, Currently, we have not found any wire that can be used as a substitute for the two-crotch part. Rather than having it repaired or repaired, it seems best to simply purchase it from bito. By the way, please note that Bito's throttle holder has a different shape of the throttle wire receiver for return and pull. If you use active Quick throttle, you will need to prepare wires for both pulls. You can also choose stainless mesh wire for it.

This is a photo of it installed on a motorcycle. Up until now, I've had the wires coming out on top, but this time I moved them to the bottom to give it a cleaner look. To be honest, I think it's better to handle it with the upper limit, considering the loosening and ease of maintenance.

Brake master is Corsa Corta and Brembo parts are available. It's the ultimate lace item, but I'm thinking of putting something more uplifting in it.
My favorite part is the oil pressure switch that allows the brake light to come on without having to squeeze the front brake.

Install Quick throttle-Active Type3【summary】

Installing the Quick throttle throttle itself is probably a job that can be done in about an hour. However, if an unforeseen situation arises, such as handling, throttle play, greasing, additional stays or handlebar stoppers, etc., it may not be possible to complete it in one day, or you may need to order new parts, measure the length, etc. It is very likely that something like this will occur. For example, you may want to replace your bond or grip with a new one. The throttle is a part that comes into contact with your body constantly when riding a motorcycle, and is a vital part of riding. Probably the majority of people who bought a new FCR are using Bito's FCR kit.
It is 90 degrees before and 56 degrees after, so please refer to it when replacing.
By the way, if you want to replace the throttle, I personally recommend the Active EVO2, and I kind of regret that I should have used this product.
Type 3 isn't bad either, but it's been a while since I installed it, so I'm a little nervous.
I don't think I will make any changes for about 5 years.
The wire is also an important part of the FCR, so it is also necessary to check that the throttle valve is fully open on all cylinders when it is pulled. I made sure to install the 3 x 2 so that they are fully open at the same time.
Also, I occasionally see people who don't set the throttle wire return, but if you don't need it, it's not available, so I hope you can use it without canceling it.
Quick throttle throttle may be something to consider for those who need to re-grip when fully opening FCR.
